Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of DeviseAi and the product planning, collaboration, billing, AI generation, and export features available in the application.

Use of DeviseAi

DeviseAi provides AI-assisted planning tools for founders and small teams, including idea intake, app name support, MVP blueprints, execution tasks, architecture guidance, launch checklists, investor-readiness materials, exports, and collaboration workflows.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the decisions you make from generated outputs, and the products you build using DeviseAi materials.

AI-generated outputs

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific business, legal, technical, security, or financial situation.

You must independently review, validate, and adapt generated plans before using them for product development, fundraising, compliance, security, launch, or business decisions.

DeviseAi does not guarantee that generated plans will produce a successful product, funding outcome, launch result, or business result.

Accounts and collaboration

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you invite teammates, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and ensuring collaborators are authorized to access the project information you share.

You must not attempt to access projects, invites, billing records, or data that you do not own or have permission to use.

Billing and premium access

Premium features may require an active monthly subscription through Stripe. Billing, payment method collection, and subscription management are handled by Stripe.

Premium access is tied to subscription status and the configured tier Price ID. Access may be delayed until the checkout and webhook sync process completes.

If a payment fails, subscription is canceled, or billing state cannot be verified, premium functionality may be limited or removed.

Acceptable use

You may not use DeviseAi for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party services, spam, malware, unauthorized access, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to bypass security controls.

You may not upload or generate content that you do not have the right to use, or that would violate another party's privacy, security, or legal rights.

Service availability

DeviseAi depends on third-party services including hosting, database, authentication, AI generation, billing, and email providers. Service interruptions or provider failures may affect availability.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

Limitation of liability

DeviseAi is provided as a software tool for planning and execution support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeviseAi is not liable for lost profits, failed launches, failed fundraising, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Your use of generated materials and third-party integrations is at your own risk.
